Weekly cooking class for teen chefs, focusing on building fundamental kitchen skills. Each class will focus on one main dish and one dessert/side dish that feature a variety of culinary traditions from around the world. Your chef will learn lifelong skills, including food safety, meal planning, time management, and kitchen sanitation!

Upon registration, each participant will be provided a list of ingredients for 4 servings and alternative substitutions for vegetarian diets.

Classes will be held Sundays from 4-6pm PT beginning September 12.*

*classes subject to cancellation due to low enrollment (minimum 3 students), 24 hours' notice will be provided

Cost: $25 per class or $100 for five-class package**

*can be applied towards any Youth Culinary Class
