City Mom in the Wild Eats offers flavorful meals with an international flair, a focus on healthy nutrition, and the use of modern cooking methods. Dishes created in our kitchen are generally low carb, which can also be customized to meet individual dietary preferences. Paleo, Whole30, vegetarian, nut-, dairy-, and gluten-free substitutions available.

 

Meet the Chef

 

Although I started my professional career on Wall Street, I have had a lifelong passion for exploring the world with my tastebuds. This wild obsession resulted in a pastry degree and a stint in a few commercial kitchens before starting my family. Now, as a single mother to two competitive athletes — in contrasting disciplines with oftentimes conflicting schedules — I have spent the past few years merging our family’s dietary needs with our mutual love for international menus, all while on a limited budget and timeline.
